Due to the nature of our products, products must be new, unused, and unopened to qualify for a return. Upon inspection we will provide a refund for the amount you paid to your original payment method. Original shipping expenses are nonrefundable. You may return items within 30 days of placing your order, providing they are new, unopened, and unused.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of us receiving your package, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. Once we receive your return it takes us some time to process it (3-5 business days) and the remaining time is reserved for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).

Please be sure to inspect your carton upon receipt for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear. If damage occurred to any of the items you ordered please contact us to report damages within 2 days. Free return shipping will be provided for items damaged in shipping and a replacement item or credit will be provided.
